Roux at The Landau is currently closed, but will be reopening in February with a new dining experience.
The menu will still be overseen by Michel Roux Jr and executed by head chef Nicolas Pasquier. The ingredients used will naturally be of the highest quality and the new format will put them centre-stage, highlighting provenance and preparation techniques. There will be a stunning range of wines by the glass and bottle.
