The Roux Farmhouse Brunch will see Roux at The Landau transformed into a luxury barn with farmhouse tables adorned with herbs and florals and wicker baskets of seasonal produce greeting guests on arrival.
Enjoy a ‘Farm Table’ buffet of classic brunch offerings, including Scottish smoked salmon, pâté en croute, asparagus, morel and wild garlic quiche and an opulent seafood selection of Cornish oysters on ice and native lobster cocktails.
Brunch main courses will be served ‘a la carte’ and feature truffled eggs benedict and a classic carved Beef Wellingtons, York Ham baked in Hay or Spit-roast suckling pig Shoulder; to name but a few.
A dessert buffet will provide the final indulgence featuring Paris-Brest, Mayan chocolate mousse, and Tarte Bourdaloue.
A Bloody Mary station will provide the classic Brunch beverage of choice ‘with a difference’ and the opportunity for guests to experience live mixing and exciting combinations of Bloody Mary ingredients. Free flowing champagne will be served from the new Roux at The Landau champagne trolley to ensure guests are well watered.
Roux Farmhouse is the first Brunch concept by Chez Roux and will be available for 12pm until 2.30pm bookings on Sundays, accompanied by live music.
